At Optimize Pelvic Health, you will receive uninterrupted, one-on-one sessions with a pelvic floor specialist with advanced training for an entire session. We do NOT double book which allows us to provide focused care that is not rushed.
We are an out-of-network because it allows us to go beyond symptom management to address foundational causes of pelvic floor symptoms such as: stress nervous system load, organ restrictions and nerves, not just muscles.
Many of our patients come to us after trying different approaches because they felt rushed, ignored or didn’t reach their goals.
While this is an investment, it often means you have have reached your fitness or wellness goals, and truly feel supported in your health.
Initial Evaluation: $300; 55 minutes
Follow-Up Sessions: $265; 55 minutes
You can use HSA/FSA funds toward your visits. We also provide a detailed superbill to support out-of-network reimbursement when available.
Why 1 Hour Appointments?
Each visit at Optimize Pelvic Health is 55 minutes, one on one with your pelvic floor physical therapist.
Being out of network allows us to thoroughly look at the full picture of how your WHOLE body impacts your pelvic floor rather then limiting care to rushed visits.
