Ready to Understand What’s Really Driving Your Symptoms?

“I had heard of pelvic physical floor therapy for years but never pursued it until recently and my only regret is not having gone sooner!” -A.G

After submitting, our team will contact you to discuss scheduling, answer questions and help determine the best next step for your care.

You do not need a diagnosis or referral to request an appointment.

Many of our patients come to us after years of being told their symptoms are “normal,” trying exercises that did not help, or feeling unsure where to start. Whether you are dealing with leakage, urgency, prolapse symptoms, pelvic pain, constipation, painful intercourse, pregnancy or postpartum concerns, our role is to help you understand what is happening and guide your next step with clarity.

At Optimize Pelvic Health, care is intentionally one-on-one, unrushed and highly individualized. We assess the pelvic floor as part of a larger system including nerves, organs, movement patterns and stress physiology because pelvic floor symptoms are rarely caused by “just weakness.”

Many patients notice the difference within the first visit because the evaluation is designed to uncover contributors that are often overlooked in traditional models of care.

Initial Evaluation: $300 · 55 minutes
Follow-Up Sessions: $265 · 55 minutes

You can use HSA/FSA funds toward your visits. Superbill available in patient portal.

Remaining out-of-network allows us to provide longer visits, one-on-one care and treatment plans based on your needs rather than insurance limitations.

Why We Are Out Of Network?

We have chosen to remain out-of-network so your care remains centered on you.

  • Time and attention that is fully yours
  • A consistent specialist who understands your journey
  • A private, comfortable treatment environment
  • Clinical decisions based on your outcomes and goals, not insurance limits

For many of our patients, this difference is noticeable at the first visit.

Is Using Insurance More Cost Effective?

Not necessarily. Many patients are surprise to learn there are still high deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, visit limits or authorization requirements. For example, we have seen hospital-based physical therapy charges $600-800 per appointment until the deductible is met.

We encourage patients to compare total cost of care, the time they spend with their provider and the overall experience they’re looking for. At Optimize Pelvic Health, our pricing is transparent from the beginning. You know the cost of each visit, and each session is approximately 55 minutes with a doctor of physical therapy who specializes in pelvic floor using a whole systems approach.

“…I struggled with severe physical pain in my pelvic area and felt overwhelmed. The one-on-one care I received every week was precise, supportive, and truly transformative. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I was able to heal and regain both my physical strength and mental confidence.” M.T.
