Optimize Pelvic Health is excited to host Sylvie from Sex and Sensibility for a workshop on sexual health and wellness. Sylvie is a a somatic sex educator, certified Sexological Bodyworker, and intimacy coach who has helped countless women, and men, throughout the bay area to conquer their sexual desires.
